Gobi Paratha

Gobi Paratha :




Ingredients:
1. 2 cups of wheat flour.
2. Salt according to taste
3. 2 table spoon of oil
4. 1 cup of water
5.  Half cut cauliflower
6. 5-6 green chillies
7. Ginger slice
8. 1 Garlic
9. Coriander leaves
10. Pinch of turmeric powder

1. First take a 2 cups of wheat flour add  a pinch of salt, oil then water, prepare a soft dough and keep it aside for resting.
2. Take 5-6 green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander and grind it.



3. Take cauliflower, wash it in hot water along with salt, then grind it only for sec. Make sure that you drain out all the water from gobi after grinding otherwise it will be difficult to spread the paratha.



4. Take frying pan add a table spoon of oil, then add green chilly paste prepared in step 2.
5. Add gobi to the pan with pinch of turmeric powder and fry it.



6. Take small balls of dough and spread it to fill the Gobi mixture prepared.
7. Apply little bit of oil and fill little amount of gobi mixture into the dough ball and seal it so that mixture does not come out.

8. Spread it using lathan to make it of chapathi size and apply flour so that it does not stick or tear.
9. Heat the tawa and place paratha over it and heat it on moderate heat, apply ghee or oil over both sides. Heat it until it becomes golden brown color.
10. The Garam paratha is ready to eat now, serve it with curd or pickle.

First will start with Parathas.. If we are bored with chapati bhaji, we can go for parathas which are tasty to eat and which generally kids love. The first paratha which comes to our mind when we hear the word parath ais 'Aloo paratha'
